At QBServices LLC, customer satisfaction is a priority. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • You cancel a service within 48 hours of payment AND before work has started.

  • We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services within the stated timeframe (excluding client-caused delays).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Work has already commenced or been delivered

  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or cooperation

  • Services involving third-party platforms (e.g., ad spend) are non-refundable

  • Customized service plans once executed are non-refundable

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing
